Megan Warnick

Artistic Director

Megan Warnick grew up training at The Pointe Academy in all genres of dance. Megan has been so fortunate to train under and work with Bonnie Story, Garrett Smith, Derryl Yeager, Christian Denice, Liz Imperio, Mallauri Esquibel Hansen, Bayli Thompson and so many more. Performance credits include; Odyssey Dance Theatre for four seasons, Three European Tours, National Tour of “Disney Jr. Live: Pirate and Princess Adventure” portraying the role of “Cinderella”, industrial performance with MC Hammer, Doterra, Nuskin, USANA, and Baby Bash. Film/Tv credits include; Beyond 5’s “That’s what you do” music video, MAC cosmetics summer line “Hey Sailor!”, “12 dogs of Christmas 2”. Divinity Dance company video “The Greatest Show”, Peter Hollens “This is me”, SOPHOS commercial, “No Freakin Way” commercial, Sonnet James dance off video, Kortni Jean Swimwear video, and Sofia Wylies “Mama Mia”. Megan also has her Classical Pilates and Acrobatic Arts Certification. Megan recently was featured in the Utah Valley BusinessQ Magazine in their 40 under 40! She is the director of The Pointe Academy and loves teaching her students and creating! Megan has started Shift as a way to bring more opportunities to dancers in Utah!

Adri Brown

Company

Adri Brown graduated in 2020 and is now a teacher and choreographer at The Pointe Academy. She is currently National Prodigy for NRG Dance Project and a member of Mosaic Dance Company. She is majoring in Exercise & Wellness at BYU for dancers in hopes of becoming a dance director one day. She loves to create new movement and can’t wait to see what the rest of her dance career holds. She has no doubt that Shift will be the next step in the right direction.

Kate Moss

Company

Kate Moss grew up dancing at The Dance Club in Orem, Utah, where she trained extensively in all styles of dance. She has been a member of Odyssey Dance Theater and Divinity Dance Company, both based in Salt Lake City, and has performed on stages across the country as well in Germany, Turkey, and Switzerland. Kate has appeared on the hit Disney television show Andi Mack, performed at USANA alongside Dr. Oz, danced for Glenn Beck, and was also an assistant to Joey Dowling with New York City Dance Alliance. She recently spent 4 years in central Pennsylvania where she taught master classes for Penn State University and the 3x national championship Lionettes dance team, and was a full time faculty member at The Grier School, a prestigious boarding school for girls with dance students from over 20 countries around the world. Kate currently teaches at The Pointe Academy in Highland, Utah.

Kaylin Shadle

Company

Kaylin Shadle began her training at The Pointe Academy in Highland. After early graduation she began her professional career with “Odyssey Dance Theatre” where she toured Europe & Israel. Afterwards she began dancing with Royal Caribbean on “Freedom Of the Seas”. She then moved to Los Angeles and worked on many commercials, music videos & television shows including America’s Funniest Home Videos “Laugh Dance” “The Ellen Degeneres show” & many others. She’s heavily inspired by others and continues to push towards understanding and evolving her movement. She’s so excited to be joining Shift & can’t wait to see the growth she finds.

Brooklyn Johnson

Company

Brooklyn received her formal training at The Pointe Academy in multiple disciplines including jazz, ballet, tap and hip hop. Her senior year of high school she was a member of The Pointe’s pre-professional program with Odyssey Dance Theatre. Brooklyn decided to become a full-time company member of Odyssey after graduating and ended up performing and touring internationally with the company for 4 years. During her time with Odyssey she had the chance to perform the work of choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Christian Denice, and Bonnie Story. She’s been very blessed to work with and become close with so many beautiful artists and people. She is beyond excited to be joining Shift and for the opportunity to continue to grow as a dancer and an artist.

Tommy Green

Company

Tommy Green began dancing at the age of 14, training at Empower Dance Academy and Center Stage Performing Arts Studios. He is a current member of Odyssey Dance Theatre and truly loves the company. So far in his career he has been able to dance on film as a Principal Dancer in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, in “Vista,” a virtual show created by Jaci Royal, and as George Bailey in ODT’s rendition of “It’s A Wonderful Life” – directed by Derryl Yeager. Tommy has enjoyed many live shows with Odyssey Dance Theatre, performing all over Utah as well as joining the company on a European tour. Tommy welcomes all opportunities to grow as an artist and is so thankful to be a dancer. 

Savannah Petersen

Company

Savannah Petersen, Utah born and raised, began her competitive dance training at age eight. She trained in various styles including ballet, modern, contemporary, tap, jazz, and hip hop. She attended The Pointe Academy in Highland, Utah, throughout middle school and highschool, where the majority of her training took place. She was also on pre-professional company through the years at her studio performing at competitions and conventions. Currently, Savannah is furthering her education by pursuing a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance with an emphasis in Modern/Contemporary. She has also been on the Synergy Dance Company for two years at UVU. She has received many different scholarships through the dance field including the Sterling Scholar in Dance and Performing Arts Modern Scholarship at UVU. She looks forward to the exciting future and to more growth in the arts and life!

Kamryn Daughters

Company

Kamryn Daughters grew up in California and began her dance training at the age of three. After many years of training in ballet, contemporary, hip-hop and jazz, she started competitively dancing at eleven years of age, most recently with the DNA Dance Collective studio. In addition to her studio dancing, Kamryn was also a four-year member of the Whitney High School varsity dance team and become captain of the team her senior year. While in high school, she also became a member of the National Honors Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA). Kamryn is currently a sophomore at Utah Valley University (UVU) where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Modern/Contemporary dance and was awarded a modern dance performance scholarship. She is also a second-year member of UVU’s modern dance company, Synergy. Kamryn is very excited and honored to be part of the Shift Dance Company and once again perform in front of a live audience.

Samantha Ford

Company

Sam grew up dancing at Central Utah Stars, now known as The Dance Spot, and she has been teaching with them for about 10 years!After graduating high school, Sam attended Utah Valley University where she was on their Nationally Ranked Dance Team for 5 years.In 2019, an amazing opportunity presented itself and she was invited to train at Broadway Dance Center with their Professional Semester program for 4 months in New York City.Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Pom, Theater, Tap and Hip Hop are all styles Sam has trained in over the years. She is also currently on a tap company in Utah known as Rhythm Nation.

Tiffany Hipple

Apprentice

Tiffany Hipple started dancing when she was two years old, and started competing when she was four. She is a classically trained ballet dancer and has studied many different styles over the years including Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-hop, Ballroom, Modern, Musical Theater, Tap, West African Dance, Aerial Arts, Acrobatics, Pilates, Yoga and Gyrokinesis. Tiffany has trained with Travis Wall, Jaci Royal, Mandy Moore, Phoenix and Farside, tWitch,  Allison Holker, Lacey Schwimmer, Hailee Payne, Francisco Gella, Whitney Bezzant, Matt Peacock, Duncan Cooper, Jennie Creer-King, Candice Taylor, Megan Warnick, Rebecca Christensen, Chelsea Hightower and many more. She is also an NRG Dance Project Prodigy and an I Am Force Mentee.Tiffany is currently studying at UVU and pursuing a degree in Dance Education. Outside of dance, she is a model, actress, photographer, and personal fitness coach.

Alyssa Goff

Apprentice

Alyssa Goff was born and raised in Idaho, where she trained at Studio C Academy of Dance. She was also a part of the Eagle Lightning dance team where she and the team won 4 state champions in a row. She has gotten to work with so many choreographers such as, Justin Pham, Nick Lanzisera, Karen Chuang, Quinton Weathers, Amber Williams-Morain, Bonnie Story, Robert Schultz, Heidi Wilson, Carol Fipps, Morgan Swanson, Kimber Markus, Nick Gonzalez and many other amazing choreographers. She is currently continuing her education at Utah Valley University.
